After work in the machine shop, a round of inspections takes place. We check critical dimensions and provide a visual inspection to meet specifications and industry standards.

LVS is licensed under “VR” Stamp #715 to perform valve repair. Our Quality Program is registered with ISO-9001:2000 and API Spec Q1. We pride ourselves on our Quality Control Department and its procedures. Each internal department has job specific instructions on how to properly complete each task. QC inspections are established at various points in our remanufacturing process from initial inspection to final QC.
